How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy: 
 
Return requests must be submitted through our website by emailing us at [email protected] All sales are FINAL on personalized and sale items - NO exceptions!  Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products) must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item only. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
 
Inspect your products immediately. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if you have not contacted us within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping cost if seller is not at fault.
 
Our goal is to respond to all return requests within 3 business days.
